Currently, Joint-stock company is a very popular type of enterprise in Vietnam. Procedures for establishment of joint-stock company are carried out as follows:
1. Dossier composition (Article 23 Decree 01/2021/ND-CP)

+ In case of direct registration (Article 32 of Decree
The enterprise founder or the person authorized to carry out the procedures for enterprise registration shall submit the enterprise registration dossier and pay the fee at The Business Registration Office where the business is headquartered.
Upon receipt of the dossier, the Business Registration Office shall hand over the receipt of the application to the applicant.
+ In case of registration via electronic network using digital signature:
Valid electronic business registration dossiers are specified in Article 43 of Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP.
The legal representative shall declare information, download electronic documents, digitally sign the electronic registration dossier and pay the fee online according to the process on the National Business Registration Portal.
After completing the submission of the application, the legal representative will receive a receipt of the business registration dossier electronically.
+ In case of online registration using Business Registration Account:
A valid electronic business registration dossier is specified in Article 43 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP.
The legal representative declares information, downloads electronic documents of personal identification papers at the National Business Registration Portal to be granted a Business Registration Account. The legal representative uses the business registration account to declare information, download electronic documents and authenticate the business registration dossier via the electronic network according to the process on the National Business Registration Portal.
After completing the submission of the application for registration, the business founder will receive an electronic receipt of the business registration dossier.
Step 3: The Business Registration Office processes the application.
Step 4: Receive the results at the Department of Planning and Investment.
